Menu Vegana
All vegan dishes are made fresh to order by our team of fantastic chefs.
Historically a very poor country, Italians have always been very used to eating dishes prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients that grow locally to them. Especially in the south of Italy where meat was only very rarely consumed on special occasions, and money was too tight to cook with cheeses, cream and butter. Most dishes on this menu are examples of the ingenuity of the Italian 'cucina povera' to make fantastic tasty and nutritious meals, using only fresh ingredients they have at hand to create dishes that are still regularly still enjoyed in Italy today!
