Our homemade fruity barbeque sauce, as used in the restaurant. 
 
Made famous on our three hour slow cooked pork spare ribs available from our menu but also great for marinades, barbequed meats cooked at home or just as a dip with chips or pizza crusts!
 
Added to the ribs half way through the cooking process here at The Italian, our bbq sauce is vegan and gluten free. Made here very often in small batches to ensure freshness and maximum flavour.
 
Will keep unopened for one month, once opened use within one week.
